Message: We have been leaving for last 5 years. Great community close to the north Quincy station.

Message: I would give 4 good stars to this place. My review may be a little bit outdated, as we lived there a few years ago in the pandemic times. I do not know if something changed for the last 2 years. However, it is a great location, 15 minutes walking distance from T-station, 5 minutes walk from the ocean beach. Not the best beach actually, but still a good option to have it. The complex outdoor area is well-maintained and pretty. Neighborhood is quite safe. As for the apartment itself, we were lucky with brand new kitchen appliances and new carpet, so no issues with that. We had a balcony with big old sliding doors, that could let the cold come inside in winter time. From the negative points, the biggest issue was the noise from the neighbors above. You literally can hear every step they make. Crazy annoying. Especially it drives you crazy when they wake up 5. 30 am every single morning and make noise. The office would not help you with that at all. If you have a chance take the upper floor apartment. However, the walls are paper thin as well. As pretty much everywhere in US. Overall, the management is OK; they are quite fast in solving the issues inside an apartment. You get 1 assigned parking spot, but if you have more cars, there are safe street parking near the complex. There is a visitor parking behind the complex. A good thing as well that you pay just for electricity and internet, all the other utilities are included. So overall it is a good place to rent.

Message: I just moved my daughter to Boston and Quincy Commons this weekend. After decorating the studio apartment, we are very pleased with the look and functionality of the complex/studio! We were also pleased with James and the staff at QC. We had a QUICK move in and everyone was super helpful!

Message: Excellent Staff at the management company. Well organized and in constant, friendly contact throughout the entire moving process. Many dread the moving experience but this was actually a very pleasant transition to a new facility. Highly Recommended. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings.
