Message: From the start of our experience, Ben and Paul were kind and pleasant to work with. They helped us to resolve any issues (only a few maintenance issues, nothing major) pretty swiftly. Although our apartment was pretty small, the price and the location were unbeatable in the heart of Back Bay.

Message: We lived in a Fairfield rental for 4 years and would absolutely do it again if we stayed in the city. Our unit was well under market in Back Bay, and the value and location was great. Maintenance always came on time and it was nice being able to pay via online portal. Our refrigerator and dishwasher both died while we lived there, and both times they were replaced with new ones within 24 hrs. The half fee is great, too. I would - and have - recommend Fairfield to friends.
